Following substantial build delay and less than seamless move in experience when the time finally came the house had clearly been rushed and has multiple build quality defects. It’s a full time job trying to understand when items are going to be fixed, constantly chasing Cala for updates. Kitchen quality is of the poorest standard - cupboard doors misaligned, no soft closing etc. It is difficult to find anything positive to say about the house apart from its location.
