Four of the window screens cannot be removed, tried to see if MJC would help solve our window issue after three attempts to contact customer service they still have not replied. We paid 5,000 for upgraded appliances and now the microwave only works intermittently, the dishwasher doesn't dry, stove had to be replaced before we even used it. I felt like I had found the perfect house but they have ruined the whole excitement for me. They lied to me as if there was other interests to the property it wouldn’t still be on the market so there was no need for the stress they put me through. They have no care but for themselves and for the business. I raised a complaint and to this day no manager has emailed or called me to make contact and resolve the issue. My advice to anyone looking to buy with them is to be very cautious and not believe them as it’s all fake and short lived till they managed to tie you in. Multiple leaks, plaster falling off walls, laid lawn died off despite good care, damage to tiles, plumbing smells. Boiler, washing machine and dishwasher broke in less than 1 year. From the very beginning and as soon as everything was agreed from both ends I was very pressured by Michaela to reserve the plot. She was in denial of her words when I challenged her about the things she was saying to me on the phone about not reserving the plot immediately which I found very unprofessional. Once challenged she then stepped back saying she never said those things etc when she had and that I was misunderstanding which wasn’t the case.

We had a problem with uncompleted brickwork on the other side of the house too, behind a hopper, which led to rainwater not draining from the roof properly. Most recently we had a leak in pipes from the upstairs bathroom.
